Miss Ella Charters is owned and operated by Capt. Tom Narron.  The Captain is licensed by the US Coast Guard to operate a charter fishing boat and a member of the National Association of Charterboat Operators.  Tom specializes in fishing the Chesapeake Bay and its tributary rivers around Virginias Middle Peninsula and        Northern Neck. Targeted species include but are not limited to croaker, spot, flounder, striped bass, bluefish and spanish mackerel.  All required safety equipment and fishing gear is supplied on the boat.  If you would like to bring your own fishing gear feel free but please make sure it is the right size for the class of fish you will be targeting.  Some trips require a mate to be on the boat,  remember on these trips that the mate works for tips.
